Chef Christopher O'Connor

Originally from Bracebridge, Ontario. Chef Chris O'Connor has graduated from Georgian in 2015. With years of apprenticing under many great local chefs from restaurants, including Casino Rama, Fish Bone, and Inn at the Falls to name a few. Chef O'Connor, has curated a menu that focuses on bringing exciting new flavours to the Portage by the Lake.
